We had several claims, and ManyPets paid each in a reasonable time, without issue. I've got 3 dogs with pet insurance and Wellness [plan] through ManyPets. I can't recommend them enough. Filing a claim online is extremely easy and communication has been excellent. The Wellness Plan has completely paid for itself with the first two dogs, as well as saved me money past that point.
