Step 3: Sit back and relax while we process your claim. We’ll send you regular updates via email so that you can track our progress. If approved, we’ll pay you back for everything we cover up to your reimbursement percentage and after you’ve met your yearly deductible*. Does ManyPets cover pre-existing conditions for my lurcher?
Like other pet insurance companies, ManyPets won’t cover pre-existing conditions for any type of pet. However, we may treat past conditions that have been free of symptoms and treatment for 18 months (except for cruciate ligament injuries or hip dysplasia).
