We think it's wonderful that your pet has so much protection! It's also important to understand how your ManyPets wellness product will work in combination with a wellness plan purchased through your veterinarian.
Our wellness plan provides reimbursement when treatment is provided and covers any actual out-of-pocket expenses you incur for routine care. Your wellness plan through your veterinarian is your primary plan, and our plan is secondary. This means that we will reimburse any out-of-pocket expenses that exceed your primary plan reimbursements.
It's important to note that our wellness product does not cover monthly installment fees paid to your veterinarian. We cover services, as they are provided, when your out of pocket expenses exceed your coverage with your veterinarian.
